Modern apartments near the metro station "Dubrovka". After major repairs, the standard apartment got an improved layout. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a large, "royal" bed. The living room and kitchen are now one space with a soft sofa, dining table, air conditioning and a TV with cable channels. In the kitchen area - all the necessary equipment for cooking dinner.
The apartments are located within walking distance from the Dubrovka metro station. The trip to the center by public transport takes about half an hour. Near the metro station there is a large shopping complex "Dubrovka". All our apartments have high standards of service. At the entrance guests are provided with a set of bed linen, towels, bathrobes and hygienic supplies. Cleaning and linen change is done every 5 days. Internet and cable TV are included in the rental price. For an additional fee, we can provide a transfer and unscheduled cleaning. Our apartments do not smoke. Standard check-in time is after 15:00, check-out until 12:00. We provide report documents upon departure. Payment by cash and bank card is possible. The price indicated in the announcement is relevant on the day of arrival. For extended reservations, additional discounts are available. When booking for 1 night the cost of accommodation increases.
