5-room apartment in a guest house

The apartment is equipped with all appliances, clean bed linen, towels, dishes, a TV, cable TV, Wi-Fi, an iron, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It features a large 60 sq.m. living room (sofa, armchair, large dining table), kitchen (microwave, electric oven, stovetop, large refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle), and 5 bedrooms (12 single beds and 7 sofas). Sleeps 26. 2 separate bathrooms, 2 showers, a washing machine, and 1 TV in the living room. The apartment can accommodate 26 guests; accommodations for more than 21 guests are subject to separate agreement. Additional guests can be accommodated in the Guest House. Our apartments can accommodate a small group of tourists or athletes for a sports training camp. Hot meals can be delivered three times a day at a specified time. An identity document is required upon check-in. Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is by prior arrangement and subject to availability. The cost of accommodation depends on the length of stay, the number of guests, the day of the week, and current occupancy. Guests under 20 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children over 5 years of age are considered full guests. Pets are allowed for an additional fee upon request. Check-in is available 24 hours a day. Our administrator will meet you at the address. There is a guarded parking lot with video surveillance in the yard. Payment: cash, to a Sberbank card, by QR code of St. Petersburg, to the institution's bank account. We provide accounting documents (online cash register) with confirmation. Tram, bus and minibus stops are 5 minutes away from us, the Monetochka grocery supermarket is 300 m, the Discovery entertainment complex (restaurant, pizzeria, bowling, pub) is 400 m, the Sport Extreme ski slope is 400 m, the Solnechnaya Dolina ski resort in Syrostan is 30 min, Eurasia in Kusa is 30 min, Taganay National Park is 30 min, and the Taganay Ice Palace is 10 min.
